Advertisers: Help - Do You Charge Commission on any sales
NO - Greek Islands Real Estate nor any of it's representatives (unless explicitly stated on the site and agreed in advance with the advertiser) will ever charge advertisers commission or a fee for any sales resulting from leads generated by our site. Our business is to make money from adverts which work hard for you - the money you make from the business that we drive to you via your advert with us is your business and not our concern.
While we understand the real estate business and publish adverts for property for sale by owners and real estate from agents, we do not handle any sales and do not represent ourselves as real estate agents on this site. We never take commission for properties sold as a direct result of an advert listed on our website.
If you sell your property and the sale was as a result of an enquiry from your advert on this site, we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can "announce the sale" for marketing purposes. This will be the only reason why we would like to know - everyone likes to hear good news and we would be happy to give prospective advertisers evidence that our site works!
