Step 1: Become a Member Sign Up Here or Login (No catches but we need to know you're a real person and not a spammer. There are no charges, it won't cost you anything to sign up and you won't be sent junk mail.)

When you submit your advert you won't be able to see it until we have approved it and it has been paid for (if a Business Card Plus, Full Advert Page or Story Layout).

Step 2: Decide which type of advert you want:

  • 1 - FREE Business Card: See Example Your contact details (name, address, telephone, mobile, fax), a title, price and 50 characters of text on summary page with same details repeated plus your email as extra on your own page. Listed alphabetically in the Free Business Cards Directory for the island you select from the category list.

  • 2 - Business Card PLUS: See Example Same as Business Card AND 1 thumbnail image and 100 characters of text on summary page, with same details repeated plus a 600 character paragraph of description, your email and link to your own website (if you have one) as extra on your own page. Placed alphabetically in the island section that you select from the category list.
  • £49 per year Submit Here 
  • 3 - Full Advert Page: See Example Same as Business Card AND 1 thumbnail image and 100 characters of text on summary page, repeated with 6 large images, 4 paragraphs of 600 characters, your email and link to your own website (if you have one) as extra on your own page. Placed alphabetically above Business Card Plus advert types in summary list in 1 category.

  • 4 - Story Layout Advert (Exclusive to home owners selling their own property FSBO): See Example Placed above all other advert types as full display editorial style article. All contact details included (name, telephone, mobile, fax, email, website). Unlimited text description, maximum 6 large format display size photos plus max 16 thumbnail image gallery with pop up window for thumbnails to enlarge. First 200 characters and first large image shown in summary page with read more link to your own full display story layout page. You send text and images by email, we will create page for you, fully optimised with keywords for good search engine performance.

  •  5 - Advertising Blog See Example This allows you full control over your own fully optimised category on this site. You can add as many stories, articles, events, notices, special offers and photos as you like to promote your business. This is an excellent solution for those who don't have their own website or want a presence on the internet that they have full control of the content and can add, edit or delete when as as required. Also included is a photo gallery with unlimited space and links to your FREE business card entry.

Step 3: Pay for your Business Card PLUS, Full Advert Page or Story Layout
We'll notify you of acceptance by email and send you an invoice with payment option. Once you pay, your advert will go live for 1 year (indefinately for Story Layouts). You will be notified 1 week before it expires so you can renew.

Payment Methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer accepted. DO NOT send card details by email - we will contact you once we have your advert to send you an invoice by email with payment instructions.

Change Your Advert Throughout the Year If Necessary
You have control over your advert. If you change your prices, get a different image or want to change your text, you can login to you member's account and edit your advert yourself.

You may submit your website URL for free in exchange for a reciprocal link in our Real Estate Directory Links, specific island links or both listings if appropriate.

You may submit a promotional story (article) for free, which mentions your product, service or property for sale so long as it is mentioned in an editorial manner and is not blatently sales motivated. The article must have general value and make a useful point or provide valuable information to the audience of this site.

You may start or join a Forum discussion topic by adding comments to existing topics in answer to questions in the Forum. As with stories you must not word your responses in a blatently sales manner but insightful and helpful responses that can mention your services, product or house for sale are most welcome.

You may start a blog for free. If you're an expert, for example: a builder who can give DIY tips, a gardener with advice for maintaining citrus trees, a lawyer who keeps up-to-date with current legal matters and doesn't mind sharing it, a cook who enjoys suggesting recipies for Greek dishes, or even an electrician who can offer hints and tips about simple jobs like rewiring a plug on an English lamp so it works with a Greek plug - we would love to give you a blog.
