You can add articles (stories & images) to your blog as often as you like, so daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, so long as you do it regularly otherwise people will be bored if they don't see additional stories when they visit your blog. Ideally you will say how often you will write in your "hello" introductory entry at the top of your blog.
