Conditions of Submission
These conditions apply to all types of submissions for publication on our website. (Blogs, comments, adverts, stories).
All text must be original. It must not have appeared in a newspaper, magazine or elsewhere in the Internet. The text must be the work of the member who submits it.
When a story is submitted for moderation, the member agrees when they click the Submit button to giving Greek Islands Real Estate permission to publish the story as they see fit and to edit, layout, add appropriate images and metatags, submit to search engines and use the material for marketing purposes related to the Greek Islands Real Estate website. And the member acknowledges that they will not receive payment for the article they submit to us. We (Greek Islands Real Estate) acknowledge that by publishing a member's article we will not use it directly for financial gain (ie we will not sell it on for a fee to a newspaper, magazine or other Internet site).
Content must not contain hearsay.
Subject matter must be appropriate & family-friendly and not inflamatory so no type of pornographic, hate, adult, racial or violent materials, or unlawful practice.
Subject matter must be relevant, useful, helpful to our users and complimentary to our site.
Text can refer to other sources of information, in which case quote marks must be shown around extracts used in the story (comment, blog) submitted with a reference to the source and its author.
We expect the content to be a balanced point of view. We will publish content with personal points of view which might express critical or negative views but the facts/statements must be substantiated and backed up with evidence especially if citing a particular individual, business or organisation.
We reserve the right to refuse publication without giving a reason. Similarly we reserve the right to unpublish an article at a later date without notice or giving a reason.
