ΔΕΗ DEH Electricity Office on Hydra Island Greece
To get connected with electricity once you have built a house or to have the exisiting connection transferred into your name, you need to take the documentation from the Poliothomeo, or a copy of your contract of sale plus the last electricity bill paid by the previous owner, to the tax office on Poros. Take a taxi from the rank next to where the dolphins arrive and ask the driver to take you to the DEH (dayee) office. Payment can be made through your bank (just take the bill into the bank and they'll set it up for you) or you can pay in cash at the sub-office on Hydra.
