Is there an all singing all dancing window maker on Hydra?

I would really like to find a carpenter on Hydra who makes "comprehensive" window units. By that I mean windows in:

  • Treated hard wood from a sustainable source (so it doesn't have the horrid, fat white worms in it)
  • With shutters on the inside (to conform with Hydra's building regs)
  • Then double glazed windows (to cut drafts, sound and condensation)
  • Then an integral pull down fly-screen roller blind on the very outside (because I am sick of stapling flyscreen mesh to the existing frames each year to deter the mozzies during the summer and worse, the flies in the spring and autumn).

So far all I have found is the basic "this is how we always do it" variety of windows being supplied by carpenters. If you want a high performance window such as described above, you have to go to the mainland and run the risk of the local workforce sulking because you didn't use their "service". But I am sure that somewhere on the island there is a carpenter who has kept up with modern requirements as well as being culturally in tune with the island's preservation order.
