I live in a rented apartment towards the back Hydra town, just off Miaoulis Street. My daughter is about to leave home, having been educated from the ages of 10-18 in Hydra, and is moving back to England for training and to work with the British Army Veterinary Corps. I have two indoor cats, three outdoor cats and two dogs to keep me company. When I'm not working as the Administrator of this site (GreekIslandsRealEstate.com), I enjoy going out with friends to eat, chat in the bars, visit the latest shows or I like to stay at home to read, sort out my massive collection of photos and am teaching myself to play the piano (my neighbours don't seem to object). I love living in Hydra even with the sometimes difficult parts and in the future I anticipate travelling a lot more especially to the other Greek islands.
