Stone House Villa in Santorini for Sale
The entire house is made of stones. Its walls are more than 80 cm thick and it has 6 meters high crossed domed ceiling. It is consistent by 3 big rooms, kitchen, bathroom and storage room. There are two entrances from the balcony, one leading to one of the rooms and the other to the kitchen. The total area of the house is 150 m 2 . Under it there is a huge water container, which collects rainwater from the terrace.
Mountainside carved are the traditional Santorini houses. These are houses built inside the earth in order to have best temperatures during cold winter and hot summer. Their ceilings are domed for best earth support. The construction consists of two houses. One is 75 m2 and the other one 120 m2. The small one is connected to the stone house with an internal staircase and is about 5 meters tall in the center of the rooms. The second one is about 4,2 - 4,5 meters tall, independent, and it has a huge water container, which collects rainwater from the yard.

There are plenty of multilevel balconies, terraces and yards combining a total of more than 300m2. All of them have caldera and volcano view with no other buildings in front of them. Most of them have Fira town and sunset view as well. They are all connected with stairs but they can also be divided if needed so, in order to have private balconies and entrances for each house. The main yard has a collection of plants like palm trees, boukamvilias, hibiscus, jasmines and lilies. There are two entrances for the exterior spaces of the house.
The house is on the cliff in the capital of Santorini Fira (also known as Thira ). Its exact location is in St. Stilianos, which is 50 m distanced from the elevator of Fira town and only 80 meters from a parking area. This location is one of the most photographed locations. Numerous cart postal have been made from photographs taken right outside our door.
